Every fabric from The Sacred Loom is made with sincerity — from the artisan’s block to your wardrobe. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor irregularities in print, weave, or color are natural and are considered a hallmark of genuine handwork, not defects.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

We gladly accept exchanges or returns only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item or size different from your order.
  • The product reached you in a genuinely damaged or defective condition during delivery.

To ensure fairness to our artisans, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or block alignment
  • Fabric cut, washed, or stitched after delivery

Request Timeline

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
  • Email us at support@thesacredloom.com or WhatsApp with your order number and unboxing photos/videos.
  • Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

    Once approved Exchanged or replacement product will be delivered within 7‑10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item

Return Pick‑Up & Logistics

  • In metros and major cities, we try to arrange a reverse pick‑up through our courier partners.
  • For other areas, we may request you to ship the item back safely to our address; the courier cost in such cases can be reimbursed for approved claims.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns failing these criteria will not be accepted.
